A-Z Resources Group was founded by Andrea Zelones, a Computer Consultant since 1980. She has over 30 years in troubleshooting, computer hardware, software, and Administrative Services, with 25+ years experience as an Executive Assistant working for upper management: Presidents, Vice Presidents, and CEOs. She was trained by Fred Pryor Seminars for Administrative and Executive Services. Attended numerous Franklin Covey trainings for Time Management and Organizational Skills. Andrea is also a current member of the National Notary Association.
Andrea has a strong background in computer software/hardware (Microsoft Office including word processing, presentations, graphics, spreadsheets, accounting, and database management). She uses her numerous years experience to help assist clients with their daily activities without the great expense of hiring additional full time employees.
Andrea believes that using office staff for overtime hours could be eliminated and it is more cost effective to hire staff on an “as needed” basis, saving the employer time by not having to train temporary staff and saving the employer money by not having to pay for overtime hours. Imagine the savings of not paying for sick time, vacation pay, 401k, medical benefits, taxes, or the overhead expenses of an office, etc. We are there when you need us the most – not strictly 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
